This Privacy Policy explains how pclub.io (“pclub.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, transfers, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit https://www.pclub.io, create an account, purchase or participate in courses, programs, memberships, events, or communities, communicate with us, or otherwise use our websites, applications, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who We Are
pclub.io provides educational content, digital courses, training, community experiences, events, and related services for adults.
For purposes of applicable data protection law, pclub.io is generally the controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy, meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing that information.
In some circumstances, we may process personal information on behalf of a partner, instructor, enterprise customer, or other organization. In those circumstances, we may act as a processor or service provider, and that organization’s privacy terms may also apply.

- identify abuse, fraud, spam, policy violations, or security threats;
- power chatbots, assistants, and internal analysis tools; and
- improve operational efficiency, analytics, quality assurance, and service performance.
Where required by law, we will provide clear notice when you are interacting with an AI system or where content has been materially generated, altered, or presented through AI in circumstances that trigger disclosure obligations. We may also provide additional notices where AI tools materially affect grading, assessment, moderation, or similar outcomes.
We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals unless permitted by law and accompanied by the safeguards, notices, and rights required by applicable law.
Where applicable, you may have rights relating to automated processing, including the right to request human review, contest certain outcomes, or obtain additional information about the logic involved.

We determine retention periods based on the nature of the information, the sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, the duration of our relationship with you, and our legal and operational requirements.

Important Effect of Deletion Requests
If you request deletion of your account or related personal information, you may lose access to your learner profile, purchase history, course history, certificates, badges, progress records, and other content or features associated with the Services. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests in order to protect your privacy and security. Verification may depend on the nature of your request, your relationship with us, and the sensitivity of the information involved.
Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to make certain requests on your behalf, subject to verification of both your identity and the agent’s authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
20. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the rights to:
