FAQ

What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session will be about building rapport and zeroing in on a focus area. Great coaching starts with great diagnosis. Expect your coach to guide a conversation to help you both agree on a key skill you'll be able to focus on improving in the coming weeks.
What if I don’t mesh well with my coach?
That's ok! You can switch your coach at any time without affecting your subscription.

The success of coaching heavily depends on the 'chemistry' between the coach and coachee. That's why some rep and manager coaching relationships just don't work.

If you find the chemistry between you and your coach is 'off,' you can instantly login to the platform and pick a new coach.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes! This is a monthly subscription that you can cancel and re-start at any time. But pleasenote: We do not offer refunds on this service.
How does pricing work?
You'll pay a monthly subscription to get a certain number of 45 minute coaching sessions. You can select from twice a week, weekly, and twice a month subscriptions. Billing happens once a month, and the price depends on which of those subscriptions you choose. And yes, you can change your subscription at any time.
How do you vett your coaches?
Every coach in our network must pass an application process. We're committed to only allowing top quality coaches enter our network. We look at their track record, coaching style, and coaching techniques before allowing them in.
Who are your coaches?
Most of them are full-time, working sales practitioners who coach on the side. They're sales managers, heads of sales, and top producing individual contributors who have a passion for helping others grow -- and the skills and track record to make it happen.
What happens if I miss a session?
You're able to reschedule your sessions if you do so in advance. If you miss a scheduled session, it will count as a completed coaching session in your subscription.
What happens if I don’t use one of my sessions?
They simply roll over into your next month's subscription (assuming you don't cancel). In other words, if you maintain your subscription but missed a coaching session in one month, you can use that "missed" session the following month since you're still a subscriber.

However, if you cancel your subscription, your current month's unused coaching sessions will not be available the following month.
Does my payment apply to the past or future month?
When you make a monthly subscription payment, it makes the next 30 days of your subscription active.
How is this different than other coaching programs and networks?
In two ways:

First, most coaching programs are "in house." The companies that provide the coaching programs hire full-time coaches and sell their time. Most salespeople struggle with that model for a couple reasons: 1) the coaches stick to their company's pre-set intellectual property and methods, even if it's not appropriate for the coachee, and 2) those programs are usually only offered to businesses. If you're an individual rep looking for a sales coach, you're out of luck (unless you want to pay tens of thousands of dollars).

Second, our coaches are all pre-vetted operators that match what you're looking for in a coach: industry, market, deal size, and skill specialty. You can get specific on the coach's background you need.
